Maybe you are starting yoga and want to master the basics before attending group classes. Maybe you need guidance because you are recovering from an injury or managing a condition, or you have a hectic schedule and are too busy to make scheduled classes.

Private yoga lessons offer students the ability to focus on personal interests and goals. Instead of following along with the yoga instructor in a class setting, a private lesson allows an individual to set specific goals, such as flexibility, strength, and meditation.
An instructor teaching in a private setting takes information about the yoga practitioner’s goals and creates a personalized routine based on the information.

Our work together will inspire more connection, gratitude, meditation, and breathwork (Pranayama)  for a deeper, more layered experience.

I offer private and semi-private yoga sessions in the comfort of your home through Zoom.

Our sessions are tailored to your requests and draw influence from the following styles:

  • Vinyasa (active, warming, sweaty)

  • Yin (slow, meditative, deep stretch - you won't break a sweat)

  • Restorative (resting with the support of props; calming the nervous system)

  • Guided meditations and grounding - Before and after the practice
